I love when I read a play to myself and I laugh out loud. This political thriller within a small town chili cook off and an all female cast is so high stakes that every chili pepper emoji may as well be a gun emoji! Also, solving crimes via Venmo emojis?! Brilliant! This has got to be fun to play and even more fun to watch!

Oh the simplicity of this play breaks me even more. Just the love between a person and their dog so sweetly and devastatingly depicted. Pardon me while I go cry for a while now...

This play touches on a subject I often find myself thinking about when I see true crime stories, what happens to the people who loved the murderer? It is a hard road of guilt and isolation, as illustrated by Ollett in this poetically written piece. This would be powerful with a talk back afterward.

This is such a lovely one act. So much humor to soften the blow of the very powerful emotional parts. And Fanny is a fabulous character! Both couples have such hardships, but it's how they come through these hardships that makes the characters relatable and likeable. This memory play will forever be imprinted on my memory, as well.

I loved the meta horror beginnings of this piece. The "darlings" a writer has killed, back for revenge on their creator. But the twist was a real surprise! Wonderfully tense, a little funny and super creative!

This short play is so special. It has its dark comic moments, of course, but it also highlights how we may have neglected our veterans after all they have done for us. L.E.M.B. is a gift and a terrifying example. But it is nice to know Dave truly wasn't alone in the end.

This is classic and modern horror all in one. Vincent Price/Jordan Peele. The classic moodiness of the setting and the chalice prop. The modern dialogue and desires of the characters, stuck in time. The audience will be intrigued and terrified.

This feels like a cool, modern horror story that audiences will be talking about for ages. But only if Simon says they can!

Murphy is such an intriguing character! As this play unfolds, audiences will want more Murphy stories, too!

This sweetly sad short is a strong reminder that, even though it seems we aren't getting through to our loved ones, they aren't lost to this terrible disease. Our being there and sharing with them helps. And we will all get to dance again.
