From the expert pen of Mandryk, another excellent horror short.
Clever staging sees our protagonist, against all advice, out on a late night jog, taking centre stage. But what makes this all the more scary is having a story teller (complete with flashlight under chin) narrate his impending doom on one side, the other a sound effects actor bringing the play really to life.

This is clever, unique, and truly scary!

I have a new favourite horror writer!

Like an outtake of Austin Powers, only better, and certainly more Busser!
Brilliantly funny as you would expect from this playwright, the devil is in the detail in the instructions from this evil, but slightly bemused, villain mastermind.
I think perhaps a meeting between Dr Diabolicus and a certain Bear might just set the world alight....

I have just listened to an excellent production of this play on the Gather by the Ghost Light podcast, I suggest you do too.
What starts as a seemingly standard police interview grows darker page by page and we are drawn in to the events discussed, to a point we feel we are being interviewed also.
It is tense, gripping and disturbing, any audience lucky enough to see this staged will be drawn in too.
Excellent.

Having just listened to a great production of this play by the Gather by the Ghost Light podcast I can safely say I am now even more freaked out by tooth faries than I was as a child!
Lots of dark, wonderful fun here....and as the brief synopsis states, don't piss off the tooth fairy! Brilliant!

I have just had the pleasure of hearing a wonderful production of this play on the Gather by the Ghost Light podcast, brought to life superbly.
Bray gives us a genuinely horrifying short, starting with the inevitable and unprepared couple camping in the woods, but what follows is a series of twists and turns which will have you shaking in the storm.
The ending is inspired! Great!

Oooh what a wonderful tease,I really want to know what happens next!
But for now we see a tender exchange between daughter and mother, the former bringing in a special healer. Is Mom ready for this?

Oh dear, so far into the future we are still using the likes of facetime to communicate?!
This is a fun sci-fi short where characters with given names start to rebel against the rules, and who's to stop them when they are moons apart?
Great fun, plus I think there is a longer play to be explored here.

Woah! This short play really packs a punch and has a lot to say about modern society, mainly its pitfalls.
#4 Dad is trying, but ingrained in him is something far more sinister than just trying to be No.1 Dad.
This would be great to see staged and will truly shock the audience, for the twist at the end knocked me off my feet!

If I might be cheeky enough to quote a line from one of my own plays, I would quote 'What a beautiful haunting'
This short play is spooky like any good ghost story told on Christmas Eve, but it is also very moving, and believable, for this does not stretch the realms of reality too far, while still allowing some fantasy.
Love it!

OMG horror and time travel is enough to be scary but this is messing with our minds!
This is a truly terrifying short, best because we are left wanting to know the future, or do we? Are we best not to know? And how doesn't Dave from the future know what happens?
I'm happily confused and highly entertained. I would love to see this staged!
